		<description>There are an awful lot of Twitter guides available (most for free) and a Twitter wiki you might look at. A lot of work has already been done on this. People I know who have been on Twitter for a while (1-3 years) are kind of burned out about talking about this. 

Plus, I&#039;ve discovered that what I think is bad behavior is totally acceptable to someone else (i.e. personal use vs. marketing use of Twitter).  I&#039;m not sure one size fits all any more.</description>
